Our curriculum is rooted in the classical Ayurvedic texts — Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, and Ashtanga Hridayam — integrated with a modern biomedical sciences framework as mandated by NCISM.
Teaching faculty are actively encouraged to publish in peer-reviewed national and international journals, conduct clinical trials, and present at academic conferences.
The Dravyaguna department maintains a medicinal plant garden and conducts studies on locally sourced herbs, contributing to documentation of plant-based remedies of North Karnataka.
The Panchakarma department undertakes case studies and outcome assessments for chronic lifestyle disorders, validating classical therapeutic protocols through systematic clinical observation.
