The central library houses an extensive collection of Ayurveda texts, modern medicine references, and medical journals, supporting both curriculum and research.

12 current medical journals are subscribed, including Ayurvedic and allied health publications. All issues are catalogued and accessible to students and faculty during library hours.

Agastya Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital provides comprehensive Ayurvedic care through its OPD, IPD, Panchakarma Therapies, Primary Emergency Care Unit, Central Laboratory, specialty clinics, and diagnostic facilities including Pathological Tests, Bio-chemical Tests, X-ray, ECG, Ultrasound, and dedicated treatment of Anorectal, Jalaukavacharana, Agnikarma, pregnancy care, eye diseases, ENT disorders, and more. An ambulance service is also available for emergency response.
Dedicated OPD rooms for all major Ayurveda specialties, supported by a casualty section, dispensary, and patient amenities.
Gender-segregated wards across all major departments with nursing and doctors' duty facilities for round-the-clock care.
Fully equipped operation theatres for major, minor, and specialty surgical procedures, including a dedicated labour room and neonatal care unit.
A dedicated, gender-segregated Panchakarma unit with individual therapy rooms (kakshas) for each of the five classical purificatory procedures, with all attached hygiene and geyser facilities.
A well-equipped central laboratory supporting all diagnostic needs of the hospital with multi-disciplinary facilities.
The laboratory is housed in a well-equipped, spacious area of 100 square metres with clearly demarcated and separate sections for Pathology, Biochemistry, and Microbiology. It features an attached toilet for collection of urine samples, ECG and other diagnostic equipment, and provides comprehensive testing services to support both OPD and IPD patients.
